You are all amazing. We are so overwhelmed with joy and gratitude that we can not think of what to say. Our thanks to you seems so inadequate but that is what we want you to know: We are truly grateful. You have all blessed our lives before this week with your love and friendship. What you have done for us this week is simply amazing and we love you.

Before and Afters

After much anticipation... Here are the wonderful Before and Afters - what great things were accomplished!!!

NEED PHOTOS

We are in Need of PHOTOS!!!!! I know several people took photos of our great Makeover -especially of the group gathered to greet the Bishop on Saturday night ( I have no photos of that night)

I am trying to collect them for the video that is being put together for the Stewarts. Will everyone who has photos please bring a CD to Natalie Steed - Thank you so much - I know the Stewarts will appreciate having a full glimpse of this great week we had together :)

The Grand Finale!

Saturday was the Grand Finale and there certainly wasn't any shortage of helpers to complete all the finishing touches.

Yesterday was pretty packed...so we still have yet to post a bunch of wonderful photos of everyone - hope we can post them later today - so check back...

HOWEVER -There has been a request...

...we have heard several of the wonderful experiences that many of you have had with this project that happened to you personally or within your family, etc.

In speaking with Vicki after church - she is very interested in these stories. If you could take a minute today to write down those experiences and give them to them - I know this will be an added treasure to this forever-to-be-remembered moment.

May the Spirit of this service continue to bring Miracles!!!

SATURDAY -Finishing Touches.....Our FINAL DAY!!!!

There was a wonderful turnout of people on Friday - we got amazing amounts of work accomplished! The Storage room shelves look like a grocery store - oh so pretty! The Garage took on a whole new life with more wonderful shelving and lockers put in place. The carpet (minus the upper level and stairs) is in. The living room furniture is back in place, kitchen bar stools assembled and the deep cleaning of the kitchen has been mostly completed.

SPECIAL MESSAGES TO BISHOP...we have notecards at the house for anyone and everyone that wants to write a personal note to the Bishop and his family. I am sure this will mean a lot to them. Pop over anytime on Saturday to write a note - we have a box to slide them into so that all your messages are kept private.

So What is left to do you ask..... LOTS!!!!!

Here are a few of the things we need done for our final day of this Grand Makeover (we may add more to the list)...

-Assemble two books shelves for Family Room entertainment center

-Assemble console for Family Room entertainment center

-Assemble sectional for Family Room

-Make Valence for Family that matches sectional throw pillows

-Finishing touches to organize storage room

-Dust main floor light fixtures for cobwebs

-Fix deadbolt in garage man door

-Put back Front Room furniture once carpet is completely finished on stairs

-Pick up new dining room table and chairs from Ashley Furniture

-Touch up paint in basement

-Mow Lawn!

-Power wash garage door and all concrete

-Tidy up yard

-Final cleaning of interior (wiping counters and mopping floors very last of all :)

Thank you again for your countless hours of time and donations for this unbelievable project - there have been so many miracles through this process and we hope that the miracles will continue - especially for Bishop and his family.

Finally - the ward would like to have a WARD FAST this coming Sunday with a special focus on Bishop and his health. We know that our collective faith will help bless their families lives and ours!
