HELP needed for FRIDAY

Update on current needs at our Favorite Home Makeover House.....

We continue to be amazed at everyone's dedication to this project - if you haven't stopped by - come over and check it out - there is still plenty of help that we are in need of...

Carpeting is delayed a bit and will actually now be laid starting Friday morning at 7 am (nearly all the tack board is in place so we are hoping the rest will go quickly) The basement carpet is going in first - then the main level.

Projects that can be done in the morning while carpet is being laid:

- Paint Bsmt South Bathroom wall green - add second coat of green to west wall around and above tub.

-Organize food storage on shelves near bsmt storage room doorway. Most food is on those shelves already (we just put it there in no order) and there is the remainder on the North wall shelves (mostly #10 cans of food) that need to be brought over

-Organize Storage Room

-Paint trim on inside and outside of bsmt bathroom doorway with the off-white paint - (outside needs a second coat and inside has yet to be painted).

-Paint FRONT door and side light on outside. Special paint was purchased for this (chk with Bowles to be sure which one)

-Organizing and clean up in the garage

Projects that need to be done AFTER the carpet is laid

(afternoon-ish we are hoping):

-Place all main level furniture back into front room and living room areas.

-Major dusting and cleaning on main level - all rooms have a layer of dust - vacuum blinds, dust and polish furniture, etc

-Furniture will be purchased Friday morning - several of these pieces will need assembly.

- Assemble Sectional

- Assemble three bookshelves

- Assemble console

-Hang mirror in Bathroom

-Touch up painting - small splatters and nicks around in all rooms in the bsmt -

-Hang hand rails

Saturday Projects:

-Mow lawn

-Power wash all concrete and garage door

-Finalize yard work

-Final deep cleaning
